Privacy Policy

Effective date: February 22, 2026.

FormPulse ("we", "us", "our") provides form monitoring, alerting, and analytics services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have when you use our website, application, and related services.

We design the service to avoid collecting unnecessary personal data. We do not read, store, or analyze the content of form submissions for business intelligence. Monitoring relies primarily on operational metadata.

Information We Collect

  • Account and organization details (name, email, login and profile metadata).
  • Form configuration data (site URL, page URL, selector, thresholds, tags).
  • Operational telemetry (check results, statuses, response timing, error reasons).
  • Alert data (alert type, severity, timestamps, resolution and escalation state).
  • Billing and subscription metadata (plan, allowance, renewal status, invoices via Stripe).
  • Support communications you send us through email or the support form.

If confirmation emails pass through the monitoring flow, we retain only minimal metadata needed to detect activity (for example sender address and timestamp) and discard payload content as soon as processing is complete.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate and secure FormPulse, including running checks, generating alerts, showing analytics, providing support, preventing abuse, and administering accounts.

We also use information for billing and legal compliance, such as processing subscription events and maintaining records required for accounting and fraud prevention.

About Email Processing

We use Resend for receiving form confirmation emails. When an email arrives:

  • Resend temporarily stores the email (per their retention policy).
  • We extract only the timestamp and sender metadata.
  • We never read, store, or process the email body or attachments.
  • The email content is not accessed or used by us in any way.

Legal Bases and Data Sharing

Where required by law, we process personal data under one or more legal bases: contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with trusted processors that help us deliver the service, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, authentication, and payment providers. These providers process data only as needed for their services.

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.

Retention, Security, and Your Rights

Alert emails, summary digests, and account notices are sent to addresses configured in Settings. Monitoring and analytics records are generally retained for up to 60 days unless a longer period is needed for billing, security, or legal purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict certain personal data. You can request this from our Support page.

International Transfers and Contact

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we apply safeguards intended to protect transferred personal data.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
