Terms of Service
Effective date: February 22, 2026.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FormPulse ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
Service Scope and Account Responsibilities
FormPulse provides form monitoring infrastructure, activity tracking signals, alerting, and related analytics and billing functionality. We may modify features to improve performance, reliability, or security.
- Provide accurate account details and keep contact and alert recipients up to date.
- Maintain security of your credentials and promptly report unauthorized access.
- Use the Service only for lawful monitoring of sites and forms you own or control.
- You remain responsible for your websites, form compliance, and end-user disclosures.
You must not interfere with or misuse the Service, including attempts to circumvent limits, abuse integrations, reverse engineer core systems, or generate deceptive traffic.
Billing, Subscription, and Suspension
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Billing is handled by Stripe and may include prorations, taxes, and adjustments based on your monitored form allowance. You can manage plan settings in Settings.
If payment fails or abuse is detected, we may limit, suspend, or terminate access after notice where reasonably possible. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property and Feedback
We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, software, branding, and documentation. These terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.
You retain ownership of your content and configuration data. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service.
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us permission to use them without restriction or compensation.
Disclaimers, Liability, and General Terms
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, FormPulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Service is limited to amounts paid for the Service during the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms. Questions, disputes, or legal notices can be sent through our Support page.
