Billing & Form Allowance
FormPulse billing uses one Stripe monthly subscription item where quantity equals your form allowance. Pricing is configured in Stripe using graduated tiers, so total cost increases smoothly as quantity grows.

Signup Packs
During onboarding you can pick a starting package of: 10, 25, 50, or 100 forms. Or you can choose a custom quantity. Checkout creates your subscription with that quantity.
After Signup
- Owners can adjust allowance in Settings → Billing with quick controls.
- Increasing quantity applies proration immediately.
- Decreasing quantity is set with no immediate proration credit.
- Stripe Customer Portal is available for invoices, payment methods, and cancellation.
Allowance Rules
You cannot reduce allowance below currently monitored forms. If an external Stripe change tries to set quantity lower than your usage, FormPulse sync logic restores quantity to your monitored count.
